Medical Sample Courier for Clinics and Labs Across the UAE
Same-day, direct delivery of packaged lab samples, specimens, medical records and small medical supplies. One named driver collects from your clinic and drives straight to the lab, hospital or pharmacy, with no sorting hubs and no shared vans.
Custody changes hands with one-time codes: your team gives the driver a code at pickup, and the lab confirms receipt with their own code. Each handover is recorded with time and GPS, and you can follow the run on a live tracking link.
Samples travel in the packaging your clinic prepares, such as a sealed cool box; tell dispatch about temperature or handling needs when you book. After delivery you receive a Chain of Custody certificate showing who held the package, where and when, and the total time in custody. Download a sample certificate on this page.
Logistics & Delivery FAQ
What medical items do you carry?
Packaged lab samples and specimens, medical records, prescriptions, and small medical supplies or equipment that fit in a car. Tell dispatch before booking if an item is classed as dangerous goods so we can confirm whether we can take it.
Do you keep samples cold?
Samples travel in the packaging your clinic provides, such as a sealed cool box with ice packs. The driver goes direct with no hub stops, which keeps the time in transit short. Tell dispatch about any temperature needs when you book.
How much does Nokael cost?
Same-day delivery starts from AED 350. Every booking is quoted per route before dispatch: one vehicle and one driver per job, with no shared loads. The final price depends on the route, how urgent it is and the item. Request a quote or message dispatch on WhatsApp.
How do I know my item was handed over to the right person?
Custody changes hands with one-time codes. The sender gives the driver a code at pickup, and the recipient confirms delivery with their own code. Every handover is recorded with the time and GPS location.
What is a Chain of Custody certificate?
A record Nokael sends after delivery showing who held your item, where and when: each handover with time and GPS, plus the total time in custody. Law firms and finance teams keep it as proof of delivery.
Can I track the delivery live?
Yes. You get a live tracking link showing the driver on the map and the estimated arrival time.
How fast can a driver pick up?
A named driver is assigned within minutes of confirmation. Pickup is usually within 30–60 minutes in major business areas of Dubai and Abu Dhabi.
Are you available at night and on weekends?
Yes. Dispatch runs 24/7.
