HR Document and Passport Courier Across the UAE
Same-day, hand-to-hand delivery of passports, Emirates ID and visa paperwork, signed offer letters, employment contracts and attested certificates. One named driver carries them straight from your office to the employee, your PRO, a typing centre or another branch.
Custody changes hands with one-time codes: your team gives the driver a code at pickup, and the recipient confirms delivery with their own code. Each handover is recorded with time and GPS, and you can follow the run on a live tracking link.
After delivery you receive a Chain of Custody certificate showing who held the documents, where and when, and the total time in custody. Keep it on the employee file. Download a sample certificate on this page.
Logistics & Delivery FAQ
What HR documents do you carry?
Passports, Emirates ID and visa paperwork, employment contracts, offer letters, attested certificates, and payroll or personnel files.
Can you return a passport to an employee at home?
Yes. The driver delivers to the employee's address, and the employee confirms receipt with their own one-time code, so you have a record that the right person received it.
How much does Nokael cost?
Same-day delivery starts from AED 350. Every booking is quoted per route before dispatch: one vehicle and one driver per job, with no shared loads. The final price depends on the route, how urgent it is and the item. Request a quote or message dispatch on WhatsApp.
How do I know my item was handed over to the right person?
Custody changes hands with one-time codes. The sender gives the driver a code at pickup, and the recipient confirms delivery with their own code. Every handover is recorded with the time and GPS location.
What is a Chain of Custody certificate?
A record Nokael sends after delivery showing who held your item, where and when: each handover with time and GPS, plus the total time in custody. Law firms and finance teams keep it as proof of delivery.
Can I track the delivery live?
Yes. You get a live tracking link showing the driver on the map and the estimated arrival time.
How fast can a driver pick up?
A named driver is assigned within minutes of confirmation. Pickup is usually within 30–60 minutes in major business areas of Dubai and Abu Dhabi.
Are you available at night and on weekends?
Yes. Dispatch runs 24/7.
